1 ช.ช. พริกไทยป่น
1 ช.ช. น้ำมันงา
1 ช.ต. ขิงสับละอียด
1 ช.ช. น้ำตาลทราย
1 ห่อ แผ่นเกี๋ยว
วิธีทำ
1. นำเนื้อกุ้งที่สับละเอียด ผสมกับเครื่องปรุงทั้งหมด
2. นำแผ่นเกี๋ยวมาห่อเป็นรูปทรง สีเหลี่ยม
3. นำไปนึ่งประมาณ 5-7 นาที ยกลงเสริฟ กับน้ำจิ้ม
