ตาทำง่ายๆ แล้วแต่เพี่อนๆ ชอบจะใส่จะปรุงอะไร ตามใจชอบนะคะ
1 ห่อ แป้ง Egg Roll
300 กรัม กุ้งสดสับละเอียด
1 ช.ช. ขืงสับละเอียด
1/4 ถ. ต้นหอมเอาแต่ใบเขียว ซอยละเอียด
3 ช.ต. น้ำมันหอย
1/2 ช.ช. พริกไทยป่น
คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน พักไว้
น้ำมันพืชสำหรับทอด
น้ำจิ้มบ๊วย
น้ำเปล่านิดหน่อยสำหรับติดแผ่นแป้งคะ
ห่อเหมีอนปอเปี๊ยะ ตั้งน้ำมันให้ร้อน แล้วเอาลงทอด พดเหลืองตักขี้นให้สเด็ดน้ำมัน ทานกับน้ำจิ้มบ๊วย หรือ Sweet & Sour Sauce ก็อร่อยคะ
